Peter Sanders

Photographer

Peter Sanders began his career in the 1960s as one of London's most well known rock & roll photographers, shooting musicians like Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, and more. His journey in the world of rock & roll led him to discover different faiths, and then ultimately brought him to Islam. He traveled to Madinah and Makkah and photographed the Holy Ka'aba in all of its glory, later being named as one of the 500 most influential Muslims in the world. He has also published several books, including "The Art of Integration", "In the Shade of the Tree", and most recently, "Meetings with Mountains".
