Umar, based in Lahore, Pakistan, has a long-term goal to create a body of work that truly portrays what life in Lahore is like; akin to how photographers have documented other great cities. The photos he takes can be categorized as "street photography", although he prefers to think of it as photographing life. Umar's work has been exhibited at the Islamic Museum of Australia and the Istanbul Design Centre.
